About Herman Yong:

Herman has over a decade of technology consulting industry experience. Previously, he has worked for Accenture and IBM in their consulting divisions. Prior to establishing his company, ONE Consulting Services, Herman’s previous role was to help large companies evaluate, design and implement Oracle ERP applications. He has helped many companies avoid the cost, pain and headaches that they can face in implementing an ERP system that meets their business goals. He firmly believes that cloud based ERP is the future for small to medium businesses (SME’s).  ONE Consulting Services provides technology advice and setup services for companies looking to deploy cloud based applications and Herman has already successfully set up cloud based ERP applications for many Hong Kong SME’s.

About Ashley-Lina Dudarenok:

Ashley-Lina is Russian and has lived in Asia for five years. On arriving in Chongqing in 2006, she immediately set about studying Mandarin and within just one year she was fluent.  During her time in China She has accumulated a wealth of Project Management experience in roles as diverse as business development, commercial real estate, market research and analysis, public relations, marketing and brand management. Ashley-Lina has a deep understanding of the cultural and social constructs of China, and is has advised many international brands on the best way to secure sales and drive their brand image forward in the Chinese market, a task that can be full of pitfalls for the inexperienced.
